Common asks
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete account, in the app or on the website. It is immediate; the Privacy Policy says what goes and what stays.
- A place is wrong, closed or gone: open it and answer “Still there?”, or use “Report a problem” in its menu. Two people agreeing removes it from the map.
- Someone’s post is abusive: report it from its menu; it is hidden while a moderator looks. You can also block the contributor.
- You run a place and want its door codes gone: use the form below. It needs no account and hides the codes at once.
- Notifications: turn them on or off in iOS Settings → Restop.
Take down a place’s door codes
For the people who run a place. This hides every door code posted for it and stops new ones; its ratings stay. In the app, choosing “I manage this place” from a code’s menu does the same for that one code.
